Virus/Malware removal

• With my many years of experience, we can usually remove the virus, in the worst case so that you can at least rescue your data.
• Experience has shown that we typically expect to take about 3-4 hours for Virus or Malware removal. But we cannot guarantee this since it depends on the virus type and degree of infection. There are rare cases where we advise the user a complete rebuild of the operating system.
